PROTEIN FAJITA BOXES

1. In a pan, sauté the ground turkey. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder, or use taco seasoning. You can also toss in some canned mild green chilis while cooking the turkey.
2. Add the sliced bell peppers and yellow onion to the pan with the ground turkey and continue to sauté until tender.
3. Once cooked, portion the turkey and vegetable mixture into a box.
4. Pair the turkey mixture with guacamole, pico de gallo, and 0% plain Greek yogurt (as a sour cream substitute).
5. Optionally, add rice, lettuce (to make a taco salad), tortillas, or tortilla chips to complete your fajita box.
