MACRO-FRIENDLY POKÉ BOWL

For the ahi: In a dish, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add cubed ahi tuna and let it marinate while you prepare the rest of the bowl components.

For the bowl prep: Cook white rice if not already prepared. Boil shelled edamame. Chop cucumber, shave carrots, and slice green onion. Combine avocado oil mayo with sriracha to make sriracha mayo.

Assembly: Once all ingredients are cooked, diced, and ready to go, build your bowl with cooked rice, marinated ahi tuna, chopped cucumber, shaved carrots, boiled edamame, sliced green onion, and sriracha mayo. Garnish with sesame seeds. For a lower carb option, sub rice for cauli rice. For lower fat, remove the sesame oil.
