LAZY GAL, 3-INGREDIENT CHICKEN WONTON STIR FRY 🥢 I LOVE this one because it has flavor, hits hard with protein and can be made in a quick 5 minutes. MACROS FOR ONE BOWL (serving size below) - 325 calories / 25C | 6F | 44P • 7.5 oz @traderjoes frozen riced cauliflower stir fry • 4 oz pre shredded chicken (could be made fresh, too) • 8 mini chicken cilantro wontons (I get at @traderjoes or @costco in frozen section) • optional - 1 TBSP soy sauce Heat the stir fry and chicken together on the stovetop (or microwave), while air frying the won tons for 6 min at 400F (flipping halfway). You can also steam the wontons as per the packaging if you don’t have an air fryer (they will just be less crispy). Combine, optionally add in some soy sauce (personally I don’t think it’s needed), and enjoy! Let me know if you like these lazy gal recipes by leaving me a 🥰below!
