Instructions

Heat up your chicken meatballs (I like to heat in the air fryer per the package instructions - about 3-4 minutes). Then, combine your Greek salad ingredients (cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, chickpeas, fat free feta, red wine vinegar, hummus). Top meatballs with balsamic glaze. Option to add Trader Joe's tzatziki/vegan tzatziki for even more deliciousness!
