In a mug, mix together the dry ingredients including the chocolate chips, then add in the milk & maple syrup and stir to combine. Pop in the microwave for 1 min and enjoy! You can top with dairy-free coconut whipped cream for an even more decadent dessert. This can also be made completely dairy-free by using DF chocolate chips (or omitting) and a vegan protein powder.
